What is Bravo Supermarket?
Bravo Supermarket is the largest store chain in Azerbaijan, with over 140 locations scattered all around the country. In a way, it is the Walmart of Azerbaijan. It began its expansion in 2017 and since then has grown to become the leargest chain in Azerbaijan, outcompeting all existing ones that have been on the market for years.
👨‍💻 Key Responsibilities
In my role, I excelled in community management and research, understanding and engaging with our audience to tailor our strategies effectively. For some initiatives, I was in charge of marketing project management, coordinating initiatives that aligned with our overall business goals. My responsibilities also included marketing content creation, just like with any other position I've had to date, where I crafted compelling content to captivate our target audience. Additionally, I was deeply involved in analytics and reporting, using data to optimize our marketing efforts and improve outcomes.
📈 Achievements
• Curated and deployed over 150 pieces of social media content that enhanced brand engagement and promoted in-store events and offers, ensuring a stable level of engagement and interactions throughout my tenure.
Launched a short series of posts, resulting in a ~11% increase in online app transactions (from ~€5.3K/day to ~€5.8K/day) in 1.5 months.
  Facilitated the planning and execution of marketing events, streamlining processes and enhancing the efficiency of promotional activities.
📂 Past work at a glance
Bonus points project (Umico)
To boost our online app sales and boost cutomer engagement, I pitched the idea to implement a bonus system for customers to use. After months of managing the project, developing marketing material and gettin ready for the launch, the campaign proved to be a great sucess. Not only did it increase daily app purchase revenue, but also incraeased customer loyalty which we were able to determine by measuring the number of times each customer used the bonus system.
